We hired Holbrook to create and execute the brand for Vitalize - An Acupuncture + Wellness Clinic and quickly learned that branding meant so much more than we realized. We were pretty amazed by how many things we hadn’t properly considered. Each level brought in an opportunity to connect elements of the business together to find a consistent picture across all points of contact. Not only did our space get its story told, but the process assisted us in defining ourselves and the culture we wanted to move forward within the company.

From the start the attention to detail and organization level working with Anne exceeded our expectations. This was an authentically heart felt, while also very adaptable, creative experience. Anne held integrity, professionalism and communication at the highest standards and her respectful, clear, and thoughtful questions modeled the design process in such a synergistic way. This had so many benefits and even set the groundwork for positive communication and flexibility throughout decision-making moving forward. Timelines and progress kept this project on our agenda without overwhelming us as a new business owner with a lot of new things coming at a rapid pace.

We continue to get support and services from Holbrook as we’ve grown. Anne is always responsive and feels very accessible even for shorter deadlines. She does not show the kind of attachment to her work that can sometimes interfere with feedback and when we need to make a change, update, or start over on something, it’s always well received.

It is such a gift to be able to offer a space and brand that results in patients showing up early so they can enjoy waiting, practitioners reaching out looking for office space and our neighbors in the building swinging in to ask what we do here. It’s been a hugely beneficial investment.
